Delete Your Account
Important Notice
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including QR codes, links, and analytics, will be permanently deleted.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your GQRLY account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account information (email, profile data)
- All QR codes and short links you've created
- All analytics and scan data associated with your account
- Any saved preferences or settings
Before You Delete
Please consider the following before proceeding:
- Export any data you wish to keep (if available)
- Update any QR codes that are still in use to point to alternative destinations
- This action cannot be reversed
How to Delete Your Account
To request account deletion, please follow these steps:
Option 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the GQRLY app on your mobile device
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down to Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
Your account will be deleted immediately.
Option 2: Email Request
If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion via email:
Send an email to:
boyoapps@gmail.comSubject: GQRLY Account Deletion Request
Include: The email address associated with your GQRLY account
We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
Data Retention
After account deletion, some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance). This includes:
- Transaction records (if applicable)
- Logs required for security and fraud prevention (anonymized after 90 days)
All other personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your deletion request.
