Terms of Service

Welcome to GQRLY ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the GQRLY mobile app, website, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

GQRLY is a link and QR code management platform that allows users to:

• Create short links and QR codes
• Track scan and click analytics
• View aggregated data such as counts, locations, devices, and referrers
• Manage campaigns and smart redirects (Pro features)

The Service includes free features, ad-supported features, and optional paid Pro features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use GQRLY. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts and Access

3.1 Anonymous and Registered Accounts

You may use GQRLY either:

• Anonymously (guest mode), or
• With a registered account (Google OAuth)

If you use the Service anonymously, you are responsible for the risk of losing access if the app is uninstalled, the device is reset, or local data is cleared. Registered accounts sync data across devices.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All activity under your account
• Keeping any login credentials secure

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your actions.

4. User Content and Links

You are solely responsible for:

• The links you create
• The destinations your QR codes and short links redirect to

You agree not to use GQRLY to:

• Distribute malware, phishing, or scams
• Share illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights (including intellectual property)
• Circumvent technical measures or abuse the Service

We reserve the right to disable or remove links that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Analytics and Data Accuracy

GQRLY provides analytics such as:

• Scan and click counts
• Approximate location (country; city for Pro users)
• Device type, operating system, browser
• Referrer/source information
• Timestamp and peak-hour data

These analytics are provided "as-is" and are not guaranteed to be perfectly accurate. Data may be delayed, aggregated, filtered, or estimated. You agree not to rely on GQRLY analytics for critical, legal, or financial decisions.

6. Ads and Monetization

The Service may display advertisements, including:

• In the mobile app (free tier)
• On certain web pages or screens

By using GQRLY, you agree that ads may be shown as part of the free experience. Ad placement and frequency may change. Pro subscribers see no ads. We do not endorse advertised products or services.

7. Paid Features (Pro Subscription)

• Pro features, pricing, and terms are clearly disclosed in the app and on the website.
• Payments are handled through Google Play Billing (Android app).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies.
• We may modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

8. Availability and Changes

We may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
• Add or remove features
• Change these Terms at any time

We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including branding, design, code, and logos — belong to GQRLY or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

GQRLY is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding:

• Uptime or availability
• Accuracy of analytics
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

Use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GQRLY shall not be liable for:

• Lost data, revenue, or profits
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues caused by third-party links, content, or services
• Any amount exceeding the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using GQRLY at any time. Account deletion is available in Settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GQRLY operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
